We hope you love your purchase, but we know things don’t always go according to plan. That's why we offer a 21-day change of mind returns policy. If you change your mind, simply return your item in its original condition and packaging within 21 days to receive a full refund on your purchase.

Can I get a refund on my furniture?

At Lounge Lovers we have our Change of Mind policy which gives you 21 days to request a refund if you don’t love your new furniture. We also offer a 100 night sleep guarantee on our mattresses. Contact our friendly customer support team to request a refund.

How do I create a refund for my furniture?

The easiest way to create a refund for your furniture is to contact our customer support team. Our customer support team are available in person at our showrooms, online via chat and via the phone. Visit our Contact Page for further details.
Yes. To receive a full refund the original packaging that your product/s arrived in will be required. With every purchase we recommend our customers hold onto their packaging for the 21 day Change of Mind period. If you don't have the original packaging we will deduct a repackaging fee to cover this cost.
